HR & Admin Officer
Under the Supervision of the Field Manager and Roving HR & Admin Manager as technical manager, HR & Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective HR administrative services to Staff .
He/she will provide human resource support in managing staff contracts, implementation of payroll and benefits administration, Social security administration and payments, staff welfare and health, orientation, staff development and training, performance management, documentation and database management, , leave management, employee relations and Code of Conduct administration and training and supervision of direct supervisees.
