The person in this role will support data collection, cleaning, validation and visualization for sexual and reproductive health in emergencies programming . This support will include database maintenance, implementation of new components of routine data collection (by adding to the existing database) and managing users’ privileges.
Data Management Officer will also troubleshoot issues and contribute to coaching and development of job aides and training materials to support in-country capacity building.
The position will report to the Senior Technical Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), and will collaborate closely with the Technical Specialist for MEL, country office MEL counterparts. The Data Management Officer will work collaboratively with all teams and will coordinate with staff throughout NGO focused on monitoring evaluation and learning throughout NGO, and also with external partners and colleagues.
